SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days, unless mentioned otherwise on the product page - contact us if unsure.
All our equipment prices include delivery via courier to Mainland UK.
For mains water fed equipment we aim to install within 5 working days.
For the following areas a small surcharge will apply (please select at checkout):
- Scottish Highlands
- Channel Islands
- Offshore Islands
- Northern Ireland
At present we are unable to include shipping to:
- Republic of Ireland (Coming Soon)
- EU and Rest of the World
WARRANTY
All of our espresso equipment comes with 12 months ON-SITE manufacturer's parts & labour warranty (Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm - Mainland UK).
Whilst it is unlikely you will have any issues in your first year, should there be any problem with the equipment, we will send an engineer out to take a look at it for you - saving you the trouble and delays of arranging a return!
As a national supplier and service provider to large chains and businesses across the UK, we have the coverage and expertise should anything go wrong.
Warranty Exceptions:
- Lack of cleaning
- Scale related issues
- Operator miss-use, neglect and abuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage
- Non adhering to manufacturer's preventative maintenance and cleaning guidelines - see user manuals

How do I arrange a call out?
Please email us or use the form on our contact page. Please include details of the fault, your order number and address (if different from original delivery address).
How long will it take to send an engineer?
We aim to have an engineer attend within 2-4 days.
What happens if on attendance the repair is not covered under warranty?
In this instance we will quote and if accepted continue to work. If however, the call out is deemed to be the result of scale or other warranty exceptions (as above), our standard call out charge will be made.
What if my warranty has expired? Can I still arrange a repair?
Yes - please contact us with details of the issue and we will do our best to provide you with a quote.
